Ingredients:
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter - room temp or softened
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 self rising (if using all purpose add 1 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt)
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Cream the butter and brown sugar
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well
Mix in the flour until well combined
Finally, add the chocolate chips and blend well.
Pour batter into a greased 8x8 pan and spread with a greased spoon to even out the batter
Bake for 50 minutes at 350*
