1 lb pork tenderloin
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 cloves diced garlic
1/4 cup coca cola (do not add if freezing)
To cook directly: Mix all ingredients and cook on low 5-7 hours or high 4-5 hours
To freeze: Mix all ingredients, except for the soda. Place in a freezer bag, write contents and directions on the bag and freeze.
To cook after freezing: Partially thaw bag – add soda - cook 5-7 hours on low heat or 4-5 hours high heat.
Tip: If freezing, double bag the mixture. Place one bag inside a small bowl to help contain any accidental spills. Write directions and contents on the outside of the second bag. – Lay flat for freezing.
