I think I may have shared a meatball recipe before, but that one was more along the lines of “BBQ Sauce” or appetizer meatballs. This one is a spaghetti meatball. My kids love spaghetti and they think it’s extra special when there are meatballs. These meatballs are great in the Schulist Spaghetti Sauce Recipe.
Ingredients:
3 lb ground hamburger meat
1 cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tspn pepper
1/2 tspn garlic
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, shape into even sized balls and brown in skillet until done
Transfer to sauce and simmer
