Homemade Fish/Chicken Herb Marinade Recipe
Around here, we eat a lot of chicken and fish. Sometimes though, it gets boring eating the same few recipes. Finding this marinade in my mom’s recipe box helped me spice up our chicken and fish dinners. I hope your family will enjoy it as much as ours.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 tspn lemon zest
1/2 tspn dried tarragon
1/2 tspn thyme or rosemary
1/2 tspn salt
1/2 tspn white pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly
Refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight in a covered container
Marinate chicken or fish for about 3 hours, turning pieces at least once.
During broiling, baste with marinade
