Broccoli and Cheese Soup – Crockpot Recipe

It’s no lie that Broccoli is my favorite vegetable. Its pretty versatile and great no matter which way it is cooked whether that be roasted, steamed, or even raw. Pair it with some cheese and you have a savory vegetable that makes it even more delicious.

You can leave the onions out if you like, but I find the distinct flavor the sautéed onion gives the soup is what really makes it delicious.

Serve with warm bread, or if you are creative, serve inside a bread bowl.
