Super Simple Smoothie - Recipe

My children love smoothies and its an easy way to incorporate fruits (and vegetables) into their diet while giving them a “treat”. I don’t always have time for a complex smoothie but this simple one is sure to please anybody.


Super Simple Smoothie – Recipe

1 1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Fruits
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 to 1 1/2 cup Ice

Pour enough ice into the blender to cover the blades
Top with yogurt
Add in your mixed frozen fruits and blend using a pulse cycle until Smooth.



*Add in some spinach or kale for a healthy green smoothie with an awesome fruity taste.
