1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken
2 Garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup honey
Mix all ingredients together
Cook in the crock pot for 5-7 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high
If frozen, allow the bag to partially thaw before cooking.
Use a large measuring cup to measure all of the ingredients at once
If freezing, line a small bowl with a ziplock bag before pouring the mixture. If there is a hole in your bag the bowl will catch the spill before it ends up on your counter. Also be sure to write the directions on the outside of your ziplock bag for easy cooking!
