Mayonnaise isn’t exactly all that healthy, but when its served like this, I think most people - including myself - can overlook that! These are moist and delicious; just as chicken should be!
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast (halved)
4 tspn Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
Combine mayonnaise and cheese.
Spread on chicken, then sprinkle with bread crumbs
Bake at 425* for 20 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
*These are great served atop pasta.
